Can't find my recycle bin. Might of deleted it.. not sure it (Computer & Hardware Questions)

Window Vista
Right click on Desktop and select "Personalize"
Click "Change Desktop Icons" menu on the left panel
Select "Recycle Bin" checkbox and click "OK"

Window XP
Right click on Desktop and select "Properties"
Go to "Desktop" tab
Click "Customize Desktop" button
Click "Restore Default"
